A Splendid Book

Anna Ferguson’s book, “The Vagus Nerve Reset” is a book you read many times. Then you find the sections pertinent to you.
For me as a few years ago I broke my ankle in three places and hence use a walker, the balance exercises are the ones I turn to. Already after two weeks I feel a shift in myself.
I can recommend this book for those families who have some problem in health because physical health does affect mental health.
Anna Ferguson , I hope receives awards for her work.
