Flip and Flap

Flip and Flap are two Little Penguins who leave the safety
of their secluded cove and head out into Sydney Harbour.
But they don't realise how dangerous the journey will be
and that the city is not the place for penguins!
What do Flip and Flap encounter out in the harbour?
Will they be able to make it back safely to their colony
before sunset and avoid all the dangers along the way?
Manly in New South Wales is home to a breeding colony of Little
Penguins, but their numbers are dwindling. Foxes, domestic animals,
boat strikes and floating garbage all pose a threat to the Little Penguin
population.
A portion of the profits from the sale of this book will be donated to
the Foundation for National Parks & Wildlife to assist in the ongoing
protection and preservation of Manly's Little Penguin colony.
